Picking a photographer can be a long and tedious process…well you’re in luck! We’ve compiled a list of frequently asked questions for your convenience. If you have other questions, please feel free to email our studio: info@duronstudio.com

 

1. How do you describe your style of shooting?

We love candid moments and real emotions! In our session we focus on the interactions of you and try to give you as much space as possible, but of course also guide you if necessary. We strive to photograph in a documentary/photojournalistic style.

2. Do you offer video services?

Yes we do! Once we have an idea of what you are looking for in your photography/videography services, we will provide you with different package options.


3. Are you available to stay longer if we want to hire you for more time on the spot?

Yes! Since we only do one event per day, we can make arrangements to stay longer for an additional fee.

4. How many shooters do you bring to the wedding?

Depends on the wedding size! For smaller weddings, there is one photographer capturing the event. For bigger weddings, there can be up to two shooters and an assistant for lighting.

5. How do I reserve you for a photo shooting?

As soon as we have decided on a date and time for your event you can pay the required deposit and you will be officially booked!

6. Which form of payments do you accept?

Cash, checks and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. If you are using a credit card, there will be a 3% transaction fee.

7. How far in advance should we book?

Seeing as we are a boutique studio, we only book one event per day. The sooner you know the date of your event, the faster you should book to guarantee a reserved spot!

8. What is the difference between edited photos and edited and retouched?

All final images are edited for color, saturation, exposure and sharpness ensuring that each image is on its own the best it can be. For retouched images we take things a step further by clearing up blemishes, smoothing the skin, removing as much interference from the back ground as possible. Retouched images are transformed from great images into pieces of art!


9. Do you offer pre-session consultation?

Of course and free of charge! Before your wedding or special event we would invite you to the studio and talk about the style of photography you were looking for, the timeline of your event, and some nitty gritty details about what you want photographed. We also mention the different photo and video packages being offered.

For portrait and family sessions we can either meet in the studio or chat over the phone. We discuss location, clothing attire, type of session you are looking for and different photo packages being offered. In any occasion we always show sample work based on the type of service.

10. How soon are the images available after the event and do you offer albums/framing services?

Typically, we post sneak peak images a few days after your event. The full online gallery will be available 2-3 weeks after your event.

We offer several albums to choose from! We have an option to design your very own album as well!

We provide good quality framing services as well. We offer different frame styles, colors and sizes. We have many to choose from!
